We collect your email address at the time of purchase for key delivery purposes. We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment card details. All payments are processed via cryptocurrency and we never see your wallet details.
How We Use Your Data
Your email is used solely to deliver your purchased key and for support communication. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties except as required by law.
Data Storage
Order records (email, order ID, key status) are stored in a secured MongoDB Atlas database. Your email is retained for 12 months for support purposes, then deleted.
Third-Party Services
We use Plisio for payment processing and Resend for email delivery. These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary (your email with Resend for delivery).
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. We may use essential session storage for the checkout flow only.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data by emailing support@chetogaming.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
